John Letts is the founder of iTennis. John won the United States national championship for 18 & Unders (Kalamazoo) and went on to receive a full scholarship to Stanford University. At Stanford, he was an All-American and member of two NCAA championship teams (1983 & 1986). He played as high as #2 singles and #1 doubles at Stanford. From Stanford, he went on tour for four years and competed in the main draws of all Grand Slam events, reaching the quarterfinals in doubles at the Australian Open. Following his touring career, he attended Northwestern University School of Law before going on to practice intellectual property law for four years. In 1998, he gave up his law practice and returned to his first love, tennis. Starting from a single tennis court in Santa Monica, iTennis has grown into a large and successful instruction and management company. John still finds time to spend 25 to 30 hours a week on court. |
